Online Ordering Info

Please find below information regarding Bluebag’s online ordering system. We are always keen to improve our online service, so if you notice anything amiss or have any feedback then please email us at customerservice@bluebag.com.au – we would love to hear your thoughts.


PLEASE NOTE: We suggest using Google Chrome for best results.

Simply select the product quantity and any specifications from the drop-down boxes.  Click “Add to Cart” and you will see the product appear in your check-out cart.  If you would like, for instance, a bottle of OJ and a bottle of Apple juice, simply select OJ, click “Add to Cart”, then change the drop-down box to Apple and click “Add to Cart” again.  Once you have selected all your items, click the “Checkout” button to finalise your order.

At this stage we cannot process special dietary requirements via online ordering – please contact us directly at catering@bluebag.com.au if you have special requirements.

Also note that the online ordering system will not accept orders for same-day catering, or orders for the next day placed after 3pm.  Please contact us directly in these cases.


At this stage, there is no online payment option.  You will receive a Tax Invoice with the delivery, and payment terms will be the usual 7 days.

PLEASE NOTE: The email you receive with your Order Details is NOT a Tax Invoice, we cannot accept payment from this document.
